Sprouts Upma


  • 30grm Semolina (suji)
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • Chilli powder ( according to taste )
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 30grm Green Gram Sprouts
  • Coriander
  • curry Leaves
  • Salt To Taste


Heat oil in a kadahi and crackle the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves.

Add the semolina and sauté till pink.

Boil double the volume of water as the quantity of semolina. Add salt and red chilli powder.

Add the semolina mixture slowly to the above boiling water and stir. Add sprouts.

Cook till done. Serve hot.
